THEFT 2 FROM VEHICLE CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 2 UNLAW ENTRY MOTOR VEHICLE - On June 23, 2023, deputies spoke to a female by phone who said she was at a restaurant in Monroe. The driver was issued a citation for driving while suspended-violation and given a ride from the incident by a friend. The driver subsequently drove off the road, hit a power pole, and came to a stop where deputies found him. After talking with the driver, deputies learned that while driving, the driver was attempting to diagnose a possible problem based on an audible noise the wheels were making. On arrival, deputies witnessed a white 2001 Ford F150 in the ditch with its driver standing outside of it. Hiteshew was transported to the Benton County Jail and released.ĪCCIDENT VEHICLE NO INJ - On Saturday, June 24, 2023, deputies were dispatched to Highway 20 near milepost five for a reported crash. WARRANT ARREST - On at 11:42 pm, Hayden Hiteshew (22) of Scio, was arrested on an outstanding Lane County misdemeanor warrant at Takena Landing in Albany. On Friday, June 23, Dustyn Patric Manley-Johnson (29) of Albany, was arrested for DUII, Reckless Driving, and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. ![]() On Saturday, June 24, Natalia Annelise Garcia (21) of Corvallis, was arrested for DUII. On Saturday, June 24, Diana Clifton (56) of Eugene, was arrested for DUII Drugs and Reckless Driving. On Monday, June 26, Edwin Estafano Camero-Anzola (31) of Monroe, was arrested for DUII and Reckless Driving as a result of an injury crash at Alpine Cutoff Rd/Orchard Tract Rd, Monroe. Foiles was booked at the Benton County Jail. Foiles, 36, for Trespass 2, Attempted Trespass 1, Disorderly Conduct 2, and Giving False Information to a Peace Officer. Deputies issued Noah a criminal citation in lieu of custody.ĭISORDERLY CONDUCT 2 CRIMINAL TRESPASS 1 CRIMINAL TRESPASS 2 FALSE INFO TO POLICE OFFICER - On Monday, June 19, 2023, at about 6:00 pm, deputies were dispatched to the area of Old River Road and Stow Pit Road near Monroe to investigate a woman going door-to-door in the neighborhood asking for money and food. Deputies contacted Noah Fox, 43, and advised him he had a fail-to-appear warrant for unlawful use of a weapon and menacing. No current suspects.įAIL TO APPEAR BENCH WARRANT - On Sunday, June 25, 2023, deputies were dispatched to 5665 NW Oak Creek Drive, Corvallis for a welfare check. The bike is greenish-yellow in color, a single speed, has bent handlebars, and no other identifying features. The resident reported that sometime on June 26, someone stole a 30-year-old single-speed bicycle that was used on the farm. THEFT 3 BICYCLE - On June 27, 2023, at around 4:36 pm, deputies were dispatched to the 3800 block of NE Highway 20, for a report of a stolen bicycle.
